A Day In The Life Of Me!

A day in the life of ME!!!

5:30am Wake up to my 3 alarms (yes 3) blaring. Hit the snooze!

5:40am Alarms are going again ugh I suppose I will get up.

5:45am Smoke a cig and get something to drink. Then grab something to wear. No thought there.

5:55am Okay I'm awake... Got to straighten up before the client gets here.

6:10am Call the client since he is late.

6:20am Client arrives. Dogs go nutso and I have to put them all in the other room.

6:45am Client leaves, my eyes are about shut since I only slept an hour.

7:00am I call to my husband to come situate the dogs so I can get to my sits.

7:30am Finally I'm out the door and hop in the car. Okay now I need to keep my eyes open so I turn the radio on and off I go.

8:00am I get to my first sit of the day a new dog yippy. Walk in the door to a very a happy barking little dog.

8:30am Little pups sit is done after walking, playing, and feeding. Now I'm off to my second sit.....

8:45am Damn traffic!

9:10am Finally! at the next sit. Kitties this time. One needs medicine others just food, a little scratch on the head and some fresh water.

9:45am Is my day done yet? Nope driving again..... But hey at least I'm going hooooommmmeee.

10:25am Home at last.

10:27am In the house dogs barking all need something.

10:35am Start feedings. I need to separate all the dogs into different rooms/areas so that takes some skill especially when food is involved all the dogs flock together.

11:00am All the pups are fed now it's time to walk. Each dog goes out individually and they are NOT happy about it. after 5 walks I am finally done.

11:10am By now both Brian and Lex are up and it's breakfast time. Yum yum yum....

Noon Okay I am in serious need of a nap since I slept a total whopping 1 hour.

2:30pm Wake up sleepy head. Got to walk the dogs.

2:45pm Return 5 phone calls from clients and last minute boarding needers.

3:10pm Done. Now I am able to watch some TV check/return emails and my good ole favorite Facebook.

3:45pm Play time with the kiddo and the dogs.

5:00pm Play with the pooches for a few.

5:10pm Decide on BBQ woot woot. Okay now I have to get the supplies together.

5:15pm Off to the store to get food for the BBQ.

5:40pm Off to another sit before I go home and do the BBQ.

6:00pm Yeah BBQ time. Pick up the stuff from the house, the dog and the family.

6:15pm Arrive at the park. Get set up and start cooking.

6:15-8:30pm Play at the park with Lex and Giz and eat some really GOOD food.

8:30pm Leave

8:45pm Arrive at the house get settled in and walk the pooches and do night feedings.

9:00pm Off to the sits again....

9:30pm Arrive at the pups house again going about the duties.

10:00pm Leave. Holy shit cops everywhere! They have over 20 cars stopped all over the streets and highway.

10:45pm After a very slow and tense ride to the next sit I arrive and go about administering medication and playing with the kitties but I also need to clean the dreaded "box". Why do people use spatulas as a scooper for a cat box? Just ewwwwwwww.

11:10pm Home at last!!!

11:11pm Crap I figured out I don't know where my registration is to my car. So we spend the next 20 minutes looking for it and can't find it.

11:45pm I finally am able to relax and get showered.

12:30pm Check the mail.

12:45pm Get home and check the computer again.

1:30am Hang out play video games with the hubby.

2:00am Getting tired but I need to pick up before bed.

3:00am Good night See you in 3 hours!
