We had something a bit funny happen today.
First here is the back story to this.... Last year around Aug to Oct my husband worked for a storage company as a relief manager. More like a bitch but hey that's another story in its self. Well he worked there for about 3 months and was fired for absolutely no reason at all. What I think it was is they only needed a temp but didn't want to say that. Well anywho that company used and abused him for those 3 months and made our lives hell, not to mention put tons of miles on my car since they didn't want him only on one site they wanted him on 4 on opposite sides of LV. Well after they fired him he started working for me.
Now fast forward almost a year and Brian is testing out the waters putting applications into a few places. One being a storage job that didn't give a name. Have you figured out what I'm about to say yet? He puts his resume into this place online and within an hour got a email from the president saying he would like to meet with him this week and that "he is exactly what they are looking for". Again no name on which company so I do some digging and figured out it was the owner of the investor company in this particular storage company that wants to speak with him about a job. Now he is exactly what they are looking for but a year ago the used him and threw him away like garbage kinda funny.
Now mu husband being who he is says yes he will take a meeting with him to discuss the job. The position is a full time property manager with a apartment and bills paid. Good position horrible company. But now here is the weird thing why is the investor looking for employees not the company its self? Before he didn't work for this investors company he worked under the storage's company its self. So I am eager to see how this meeting pans out and who he would be actually working under. If it is the storage's company it's not even worth it but if we would be under the investor then maybe this could work out.
To be continued.....
